Where is Texas Surf Co. based?
Texas Surf Co. is headquartered in Galveston, Texas. We do not have a physical store front, and sell online at www.texassurfco.com. We also have Texas Surf Co. product available at select surf shops.
What is the best way to check the surf forecast?
We email a weekly surf report every Monday morning. We also publish a video surf report on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/@texassurfco) every Thursday. These reports are focused on the Upper Texas Coast and we use multiple weather and surf forecast tools to get an accurate surf report for the week ahead. You can subscribe to our weekly surf report at the bottom of this page.
Is shipping free on all orders?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders.
Can I exchange an item?
If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire.
This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.texassurfco.com.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be in original condition.
Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
If you need to request a return, please email damien@texassurfco.com to initiate the process. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
